Customer Reviews:

  1. As a first-timer builder, I spent many hours researching before finally choosing the best (according the reviews). Other options didn’t seem worth it. Although I’m not an artist, it worked. It’s easy and quick to install. It was very solid and light, which was a big surprise to me when I first put it up. I made a scroll saw stand from a sawhorse that I had, so it didn’t cost me a lot to buy one. This is a fantastic tool.
  2. It was intimidating to put together this saw because it is so large. But once I started working with it, it became my favorite tool and I’m now a huge fan. The assembly was easy and the operation of the saw is very simple.
  3. This is the bum saw that can be used to replace the blades. The previous model had a wedge that caused the arms to be too far apart. This resulted in a short blade. To secure the blade, there should be 3/8 inch at each end. DeWalt’s original Type 1 is an excellent model. It does have a slight problem with blade changing. However, there is no way to fix it. It was stuck. Apart from the problem with the blade, the machine is great and outperforms any other scroll saws I have owned. It takes patience and a lot of time to change the blade.
