The mattress is compressed and wrapped in plastic before being vacuum-sealed for shipping. This is known as roll-packing. It allows the mattress to fit into a standard shipping container. The mattress will arrive in its original box at your door. The mattress will be delivered in its box to your home.
Carry the mattress to your room on the delivery day. Unbox the mattress and use a knife or a sharp object to cut the plastic wrap. Watch the mattress expand! It should return to its original form in 48 hours.
